Transparency and respect for commitments
Transparency and respect for commitments
The Professional Insurance Company (CPA) was created in 1997, at a time when market restructuring had become an absolute priority for the public authorities.
Many insurance companies failing to be able to meet the eligibility criteria now very demanding, had their licenses withdrawn, thus being forced to cease activity.
It is in this very strict context that we received the anointing of national and international supervisory authorities, to exercise the insurance profession. Born under the sign of rigor, the CPA could therefore only have this rigor written in its genes.
Our job as an Insurer is very simple. It is, in fact, essentially a question of respecting the commitments that we make to our customers. As quickly as possible, because the risks we insure often cause suffering, pain or even, unfortunately, the loss of human life. The slightest delay, often caused by disagreement in the interpretation of a contract, can therefore have dramatic consequences.
At CPA, we strive to explain the content of our contracts as simply as possible, to help our clients choose the guarantees that best suit their interests.
And when the time comes to pay, we always honor our commitments: It is the basis of a relationship of trust without which an Insurer cannot develop.
So we always pay what we have to pay, in accordance with the laws and regulations, and for the greater good of our customers. This is what has enabled us to become a successful and respected company.
